To print your TESCO bill duplicate, please follow these instructions:

  1. Open the EbillWizard website using Google Chrome.
  2. Make sure you have your reference or consumer ID number handy.
  3. Enter your Reference and consumer ID number in the input fields.
  4. Click the “Generate” button.
  5. After a few seconds, a new tab will open.
  6. You can view your bill for the current month on this page.
  7. Above the bill, there is a “Print Bill” button. Click on this button to print your bill.

  2. TR Surcharge (Tariff Rationalization Surcharge): The TR surcharge represents the difference between NEPRA (National Electric Power Regulatory Authority) and GOP (Government of Pakistan) tariffs. When the difference is positive, it becomes payable by the GOP as a subsidy. Conversely, if the difference is negative, the Distribution Company pays the GOP as an “Inter DISCO Tariff Rationalization Surcharge (IDTR SUR).”
  3. FC Surcharge (Financing Cost Surcharge): A fixed charge of 43 paisa per unit is included as the FC surcharge, which aims to secure the collection of debt servicing of Power Holding Private Limited.
  4. Deferred Amount: This portion of your bill allows you to choose to pay it later in the same month. For deferred payments, there are no late fees. However, it’s important to note that this amount may be included in your next bills in installments or as a lump sum.
  5. QTR Tariff Adj / DMC (Quarterly Tariff Adjustment): This adjustment is a part of your bill that appears every three months, reflecting the changes in tariffs during that period.
